How I got here
I did not come to EOS® as a consultant. I came to it as a founder trying to get a grip on a growing business. That experience is the foundation of everything I do now.
I spent fifteen years in marketing operations, eventually becoming Managing Director and shareholder of Mash, a specialist retail marketing agency. We implemented EOS and it changed how we thought about the business completely. It gave us the clarity to see that we needed to evolve our core focus to become a stronger, more profitable and more attractive proposition.
That led to the founding of Stellar, a merger that brought in an extended leadership team and transformed what we were building. Stellar was eventually sold. EOS was not the only reason that was possible, but it was the framework that made the path clear.
After the sale, I knew what I wanted to do next. I had seen first-hand what EOS could do for a leadership team, and I wanted to help other founders experience the same thing.
How I work
I am direct, I will challenge you, and I will hold your leadership team accountable. But I am also practical and straightforward. I keep things simple, I avoid jargon, and I focus on what actually moves the needle for your business.
I work with a small number of clients at any one time. That is deliberate. It means every leadership team I work with gets my full attention and I can stay genuinely invested in their progress.
I am based in London and work with leadership teams across the UK and Europe.
