What does an EOS Implementer do?
An EOS Implementer is a trained facilitator who works directly with your leadership team to implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System, a practical, proven framework used by over 275,000 businesses worldwide.
Think of it less like a consultant telling you what to do, and more like a coach who gives your leadership team the tools, the language, and the discipline to run the business better, together. I do not do it for you. I teach your team to do it, so when I am not in the room, the system runs without me.
The work focuses on three things: getting your leadership team 100% on the same page with where you are going, instilling the focus and accountability to execute on that vision every day, and building a healthier, more cohesive team in the process.
Who I work with
I work with founder-led businesses, typically between 10 and 250 people, where the leadership team is growth-oriented, open-minded, and ready to be honest about what is and is not working.
My clients come from a range of sectors. What they have in common is not an industry, it is a mindset. They are ambitious, they care deeply about their business, and they know something needs to change. They are just not always sure what.
I work predominantly in London, though I work with leadership teams across the UK and Europe.
Why work with me
I did not come to EOS as a consultant. I came to it as a founder.
I ran Mash and Stellar, two agencies that merged and grew using EOS as the operating framework. It shaped the way we made decisions, how we structured the leadership team, and ultimately how we thought about the future of the business. For us, that path led to a sale. For every leadership team I work with, the destination is different. What EOS gives you is the clarity and structure to get there on your terms.
That experience shapes how I work. I am direct, I will challenge you, and I will hold your leadership team accountable. But I have also lived the frustrations you are living, which means I know how to help you move through them.
How it works
A conversation
Every engagement starts with a conversation. I meet with the founder or a member of the leadership team first to understand the challenges that are holding the business back.
90-minute meeting
If it makes sense, we bring the leadership team together for a 90-minute session where I take them through the Six Key Components® of the EOS Model and they leave with a clear picture of where they are strong and where the real gaps are.
Focus Day®
If it feels like a fit for both of us, we start with a Focus Day where we work on the foundational tools with the leadership team.
Quarterly and annual sessions
From there we build through quarterly and annual sessions that keep the team aligned and the business moving forward. Most of my clients start to feel the difference immediately.
