Who I am

This site, chriswareham.co.uk, is operated by Chris Wareham, an independent Professional EOS® Implementer based in London, United Kingdom. For any questions about this policy or your data, contact chris.wareham@eosworldwide.com.

What data I collect

I keep data collection to a minimum. The only personal data I process is:

  • Email enquiries. If you contact me by email, I receive your name, email address and anything you choose to include in the message.
  • Server logs. Like most websites, the hosting platform records standard request data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability.

Cookies and tracking

When you first visit this site you will see a cookie banner. No analytics or marketing cookies are set unless you click Accept. If you decline, only strictly necessary cookies used by the hosting platform to keep the site working are set.

If you accept, the site loads Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-SQ2LEYCSX6), which sets the following cookies in your browser to measure aggregate, anonymous usage:

  • _ga — distinguishes unique visitors. Expires after 2 years.
  • _ga_SQ2LEYCSX6 — used by Google Analytics 4 to persist session state. Expires after 2 years.

IP addresses sent to Google Analytics are anonymised. Data is processed by Google LLC under their privacy policy.

Your choice is stored locally in your browser. To withdraw consent, clear this site's cookies and site data in your browser settings — the banner will reappear on your next visit.

How I use your data

I use the information above only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and run engagements you have asked about, and meet legal and accounting obligations. I do not sell your data and I do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Where your data is stored

Email is handled through standard business email providers. The website is hosted on infrastructure that may process request data inside and outside the UK and EEA under appropriate safeguards.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to respond to you and, where relevant, for the duration of any engagement plus a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. Server logs are retained for short operational windows by the hosting provider.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or ask for your data to be transferred. To exercise any of these, email chris.wareham@eosworldwide.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new "last updated" date.
